MIKAELA

Hi there! My name is Mikaela McGovern and I am a graduating senior at Boston Conservatory getting my BFA in Musical Theatre with an emphasis in directing.

 

Before Boston I was down in #dirtyjerz living right over the bridge to Long Beach Island. No, I do not know Snooki.

I got into the theatre industry because of the safe space it provided closeted Mikaela... I am super thankful for the growth in my confidence and queerness theatre has provided me. 

 

In my work I am determined to spread visibility and provide opportunity and space for sapphic and genderqueer people, for we are so consistently underrepresented,  or misrepresented in the industry.
